PACIFIC PRIVILEGE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
Pacific Privilege Card is owned and operated by PT Pacific Place Jakarta (“Pacific Place”). Each member is bound by these Terms and Conditions. Misuse of membership cards or program benefits may result in termination of membership or withdrawal of benefits without refund.
Terms & Conditions
1. Prospective member must be at least 17 years and have a valid identity card (KTP/KITAS)
2. Prospective member can only submit an individual membership application, one card per individual
3. Prospective member must fill in a registration form
4. Each member must present the PACIFIC PRIVILEGE Card to the redemption booth staff to get the benefits from Pacific Place. Alternatively, each member could mention membership card number or show a valid identity card, redemption booth staff will recheck the data for verification process
5. If the customer is not a member of PACIFIC PRIVILEGE, customer must present the valid identity card to register the transaction until it reaches the minimum amount of membership category
6. Upon the transaction, each member must present the PACIFIC PRIVILEGE Card to the tenants/partner’s staff to enjoy the benefits
7. The use of the PACIFIC PRIVILEGE Card can only be used by the name listed on the PACIFIC PRIVILEGE Card. The property of PACIFIC PRIVILEGE Card is not transferable to other parties
8. If the PACIFIC PRIVILEGE Card is lost or damaged, a new card may be issued at a cost of IDR 150,000 for each replacement. Pacific Place is not responsible for stolen or lost card. The process of PACIFIC PRIVILEGE Card replacement is 1 business day
9. The PACIFIC PRIVILEGE Card cannot be used as payment method for transaction
10. If the PACIFIC PRIVILEGE member has passed away, the active point rewards can be transferred to the core family with certain terms and conditions
Receipt Redemption
1. Transaction receipt must be generated by the cash register or manual receipt accompanied with official stamp. Credit card receipt is not valid to be redeemed
2. The transaction value is the amount after other discounts or special promos in the store
3. Each receipt can only be used for 1 X redemption
4. There is no maximum value limitation to redeem the receipt
5. Redemption is not valid for tenants’ employee and sponsor
6. Pacific Place will take all the eligible receipts in the redemption process
7. Terms and conditions for the valid and eligible receipt:
a. Receipt must be redeemed on the same day of purchase
b. A valid receipt is printed by cash register machine or a manual receipt which shows name of the tenant, tenants’ staff signature and officially stamped
c. Customer name stated on the receipts (if any) has to be similar to the identity card or membership card
d. For the credit card customer, the credit card slip issued by EDC machine must be shown to Pacific Place staff for the redemption
e. Any revision on dates and/or total invoice on the original receipt will be considered null and void
f. Redemption is not valid for any purchase of Company Voucher (Tenant Group & Individual Tenant)
g. The invoice must be stated in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah)
8. The original shopping receipt must be submitted to Pacific Place Mall
9. Redemption applies to transactions at all tenants, except car boutiques, exhibitions, currency exchange and ATM transactions
10. No representative is allowed in any redemption
11. Customer must provide all data and complete information required in the redemption process
Terms & Conditions of BLUE Membership
1. Customer must accumulate the transaction up to a minimum of IDR 5,000,000 (Five Million Indonesian Rupiah) in 1 (one) month to get Blue membership
2. Transaction shopping can be collected from all eligible tenants
Terms & Conditions GOLD Membership
1. Customer must accumulate the transaction up to a minimum of IDR 100,000,000 (One Hundred Million Indonesian Rupiah) in 1 (one) month to get Gold membership
2. Transaction shopping can be collected from all eligible tenants
Membership Validity
1. The membership validity period is 1 (one) year
2. BLUE members shall conduct transactions valued at IDR 5,000,000 (Five Million Indonesian Rupiah) in one year to preserve the membership. If the accumulated value of the transaction is less than the minimum value or there is no active transaction, the membership is automatically null and void
3. GOLD members shall make transactions valued at IDR 100,000,000 (One Hundred Million Indonesian Rupiah) in one year to preserve the membership. If the accumulated value of the transaction is less than the minimum value or there is no active transaction, the membership will be automatically downgraded to the lower level
4. Active members will receive a new related PACIFIC PRIVILEGE Card upon his/her visit to Pacific Place after the membership validity expired
5. PACIFIC PRIVILEGE Card extension process is free of charge
Point Rewards Validity
1. Points are valid for 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of purchase. Points will automatically expire in 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of purchase
2. Points are not redeemable for prizes will be automatically converted into a lucky draw coupon applicable to the period running
3. In relation to the expired points, the value of 2 points will be equivalent to 1 lucky draw coupon
Point Rewards Redemption
1. The eligible receipt is a receipt with valid amount at the minimum of IDR 250,000 (Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Indonesian Rupiah) on the same day purchase
2. Customer will earn 1 point with every IDR 250,000 (Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Indonesian Rupiah)
3. Non-member customers are still able to receive points. However, they are not eligible to redeem the gifts before becoming BLUE or GOLD member
4. Points can be collected by members to be exchanged for prizes. Each point will be accumulated with the previous valid points
5. The prize is not redeemable for cash or other prizes
6. Specific regulation for point rewards redemption:
- For BLUE members, each member only entitled to redeem a maximum of 1 piece of each type of reward. In the redemption process, there is no maximum limitation per-day
- For GOLD members, each member only entitled to redeem a maximum of 3 pieces of each type of reward. In the redemption process, there is no maximum limitation per-day
7. Points that have been exchanged for prizes will be automatically deducted from the total points collected
8. The expired points that had been converted to lucky draw coupons, shall not be exchanged for point rewards
9. The value of points collected in one PACIFIC PRIVILEGE Card cannot be transferred to another PACIFIC PRIVILEGE Card
10. Redemption points can be made at the Redemption Booth Pacific Place Mall on Level 3 at 10 AM until 9 PM everyday (or according to the applied mall operational hours)
11. Point Rewards redemption process must be conducted by the member themselves
12. Prize claiming must be conducted by the member themselves. If the member would like to claim and pick-up the item by a representative, there must be a Power of Attorney (signed by the member and representative) and valid membership information given to our Loyalty Team
13. Prizes will be available for pick up in 14 (fourteen) working days after receiving confirmation from Pacific Place. Prizes can be taken at the Redemption Booth
14. The choice of available prizes is while stock lasts
15. Prizes exchange that has been submitted and received cannot be canceled or changed
16. Pacific Place is not responsible for the guarantee, quality, shape, and color after the member received the prizes
17. If a member does not achieve the value of minimum spending in one year, the accumulated points will be converted to lucky draw coupons. If there is no lucky draw program within the period, then members acknowledged that the points will be null and void
Other Provisions
1. Pacific Place has the rights to refuse any transaction receipts which cannot be verified for further points or prizes
2. If necessary, Pacific Place has the rights to ask customer or member to show the purchased goods to be compared with the receipts
3. Any fraudulent transactions will not be eligible for this promotion. Pacific Place has the rights to disqualify the participation of customer and/or tenant in such promotion program
4. Pacific Place has the rights to reject any kind of redemption which are not in accordance with the applicable requirements
Membership Information
1. Information membership status, transaction value, and the total points can be directly checked at the Redemption Booth on Level 3, Pacific Place Jakarta mobile app, or via website (www.pacificplace.co.id)
2. Holder of PACIFIC PRIVILEGE Card shall receive regular information on the status of their membership by email or SMS
