Job Description
  • Input payment schedule of tenants (office, mall and exhibitors) into IFCA system in accordance with the Lease Agreement or License Agreement and check Debtor Enquiry to make sure the payment schedule is entered correctly.
  • Receive and update agreement from leasing and marketing department for tenant mall & office.
  • Pulling tenant lease data from the IFCA system as a collection officer data to collect tenants.
  • Check all Invoice and receipts before signed by Finance Manager and sent to tenants or other third party to ensure zero error in receipts.
  • Responsible for collection activities and also supervise the collection activities done by collection officer and collection administrator to ensure collection rate achieve the target.
  • Check Outstanding payment tenant as a basis for Finance manager to give permission to tenant to Exit or enter goods.
  • Report to QMS Audit for unknown incoming transfers each month.
Requirements

Job Description

1)     Review and edit legal documents for leasing and casual leasing (such as lease agreements, LOOs, license agreements, lease amendments, etc.) so that a proper and mutually beneficial contract exists between Pacific Place Mall and the tenants.

2)     Provide operational and administrative support to the Leasing department, ranging from maintaining status report of pending documents to providing leasing information to prospective and current tenants, in order to keep the smooth operation of the department.

3)     Organizes and files legal documents and memos to have a proper record keeping and an organized and centralized filing system.

4)     Keeping track of records all correspondences (letters, emails, faxes, etc) and to make sure all are replied in timely manner.

5)     Provide optimal level of service to all tenants to ensure commercial viability and suitability to the mall. 

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree preferably in Marketing and/or Business major
  • 1-year property or marketing experience, preferably in fashion and retail industry
  • Good selling and Marketing skills 
  • Fluent in formal written and spoken Indonesian and English
  • Critical and aware of property and mall industry rules and regulations
  • Negotiation Skills

  9. Memberikan support untuk program business application sehingga program tersebut bisa berjalan dengan lancar.
