Job Description

Operate and carry out periodic checks, data collection and maintenance of Electrical & Power Plant, Mechanical & Plumbing, Electronic, Telecommunication and Civil systems.

Requirements

Job Description

1). Assist and support Partnership Executive in identifying the need and strategic approach of Partnership with Tenants and Third Party for Pacific Place Mall Marketing programs in order to engage with potential partners more effectively, to obtain exceptional programs, rewarding for all Pacific Place stakeholders.

2). Ensure that Partnership proposal are well prepared, and are able to maximize the tools to negotiate and persuade potential partners to become a partner.

3). Ensuring that in executing the Partnership activity, all tenants and /or third party as partners are well informed and are adhering to Pacific Place’s rules and regulation as well as ensuring that coordination between partners and internal management is well coordinated.

4). Continuously build and maintain good relationship with Pacific Place Mall tenants and partners, as well as Third Party clients for possible collaboration and partnership that benefits Pacific Place Mall tenants and shoppers, as well as achieving the purpose of Partnership Cooperation.

5). Ensuring third party’s / tenant’s goals achieved during the Partnership Cooperation by maximizing all the effort with Pacific Place marketing tools.

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree majoring in Communication / Marketing / Business related industry from reputable university.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experiences in related industry, preferably mall / FMCG.
  • Creative approach to solutions with the ability to create strong written and verbal arguments in response to creative briefs.
  • Ability to influence and persuade effectively
  • Strong track record of managing and closing commercial partnerships.
  • Excellent knowledge at negotiation and organize things.

 

 

Provide the highest quality and personalized customer service standard for all guests in general, and for Blue Loyalty Program Members’ redemption in particular and ensuring that their shopping experience at Pacific Place is exceeding their expectation.

Job Description

1)   Maintain the quality of existing performance standards by monitoring self-appearance, equipment, attitude, and service to guests.

2)   Determine and update all information regarding the redemption operational, pass it to other redemption team.

3)   Assist Redemption Officer to make daily report conjunction with the customer promo and daily stock, based on CRM system.

4)   With Redemption Officer provide administrative support in regards to HR matters, recognition from customers.

5)   Operation CRM system during operational based on temporary promo.
