Terms & Conditions:

1. Program period: 15 September – 17 November 2025
2. The winner will be selected from the Top 10 Spenders list with the most frequent visits.
3. The winner will get 2 Qatar Airways Business Class round-trip tickets Jakarta - Paris with departure required from Jakarta.
4. The winner will be announced on 22 November 2025 via Pacific Place Jakarta’s official Instagram account (@pacificplacejakarta) and will be contacted directly through our official WhatsApp channel (Pacific Place Jakarta/0822-6000-7600).
5. The flight destination is fixed to Paris and cannot be changed under any circumstances
6. Prize collection must be completed within 14 days after the announcement, by 11 December 2025 at the latest, and the winner must submit their travel date before 15 December 2025.
7. Prizes do not include accommodation or other personal expenses.
8. If the prize is not collected within the specified period, the winner will forfeit their right to claim the prize.
9. Prize collection is available from Monday to Friday, between 10:00–12:00 and 14:00–16:30 WIB (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national/public holidays).
10. Prize collection cannot be represented or delegated under any circumstances.
11. Valid for travelling from 15 December 2025 until 15 February 2026. Validity extensions are not permitted.
12. Ticket issuance must be made within 7 working days after claim.
13. Any changes of names while booking is made will not be entertained.
14. The ticket(s) has no cash value and is non – endorsable, non-re-routable and valid on Qatar Airways operated flights only. No transfer, substitution, sale or cash redemption of tickets is permitted.
15. Once a ticket is issued, no destination or name changes are permitted. Flight changes are permitted with terms & conditions.
16. The ticket(s) is only valid on Qatar Airways operated flights. If Qatar Airways ceases operating to certain destinations after the tickets have been issued, an alternative on the Qatar Airways network will be offered.
17. The winner is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, passport, visas, medical documents, and for meeting all health and insurance requirements for all ticket holder.
18. Frequent flyer mileage accrual is not permitted.
19. Should any disruptions occurred, prize tickets holders shall not receive any commercial privileges.
