Due to mall temporary closure until 4 June, herewith we would like to inform you that our PACIFIC Privilege member services are still available in limited conveniences.
Our loyalty program will be running as usual according to the mechanism applied.
The terms and conditions as below:
RECEIPT COLLECTION
1. Receipt collection is available on 11 AM – 8 PM at the concierge desk, GF
2. All transaction must be within 14 days before the redemption date
3. Member shall present upon receipt collection process
POINT REWARDS REDEMPTION
1. Point rewards redemption to products is currently unavailable
2. All active PACIFIC Point Rewards can be redeemed to PACIFIC E-voucher directly on Mobile Apps
3. PACIFIC E-voucher is valid for 30 days after redeemed
4. All point rewards redemption requested by members, can be taken directly at Pacific Place Mall and based on regular procedures. However, there is a leniency in terms of period, member can contact our representative directly regarding this matter.
