3. Come to the Redemption Booth at Lv. 3 to get your Halloween kit and process your participation
4. This activity is open for kids only.
5. Participants must redeem the event voucher in the Pacific Place Jakarta app before starting.

Spooky Claw Machine

Terms & Conditions:
1. Program Period: 17 Oct - 2 Nov 2025 (Fri - Sun Only)
2. For every minimum purchase of IDR 250,000 in a single receipt at all tenants, customers are entitled to 3 (three) chances to play the Coin Claw Machine.
3. Applies in multiples, with a maximum eligible transaction amount of IDR 1,000,000/ account/ day.
4. This program is only valid for transactions redeemed directly at the Redemption Booth, Level 3
5. There will be 2 game sessions each day :
- Session I starts at 12:00 PM (WIB)
- Session II starts at 5:00 PM (WIB)
6. Each session is limited to the first 25 rewards/ session/ day.
7. In each session, there will be special balls with the letter P in them. Collect two 'P's so it becomes ‘PP’ and exchange it for an e-Voucher worth 250K.
