Terms & Conditions
- Receipt collection is available every day from 11 AM – 8 PM
- All transactions must be within 14 days before the redemption date
- Member shall present their registered phone number on Pacific Place Jakarta App upon receipt collection process
POINT REWARDS REDEMPTION
- Point rewards redemption to product is available upon request
- Request for product redemption can be proceeded at the Concierge Desk
(Gold Members have the privilege of online redemption via e-mail. T&C Apply)
- Please be noted that it may take a couple of days until the product is ready. You can claim it at Concierge Desk by appointment only
- You can also redeem your point rewards to PACIFIC E-Voucher via Pacific Place Jakarta App
